Nathalie Henin, Ph.D., is a scientific and regulatory advisor focusing on compliance matters and regulations as they relate to EU food laws.

Prior to joining Keller and Heckman, Dr. Henin held positions as a scientific and regulatory affairs director and as a lobbyist in the food industry and then the agrochemical industry, specifically focusing on the areas of nutrition, food labeling and food safety within the EU.

Dr. Henin obtained her Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences (Biochemistry) with her doctoral dissertation focusing on AICAriboside and its effect on the metabolism of lipids. She is fluent in French and English.
